It's been a minute since I read The Human Race, but if I remember correctly Wally is capable of harassing kinetic energy from the people of Earth when they run. I don't remember whether it was expressly stated how he was capable of doing this, so this may be a simple question, but is Wally (possibly all speedsters) constantly drawing energy from the energy present on earth? Also, is this because the energy is added to the Speed Force, or directly to Wally?
