I would want it to be like this:

Movies:

Flash I

Tells the story of Barry Allen and how he becomes The Flash.

Characters: Barry Allen, Jay Garrick, Iris West.

Flash II

In the second movie Wally West comes to live with his aunt and her husband, also shows how Wally becomes Kid Flash and there’s a love triangle between Wally, Jesse and Linda Park.

Characters: Wally West, Jesse Chambers, Linda Park, Libby Lawrence; Johnny Quick, Barry Allen, Iris West.

Flash III

Flash III is a story about Bart Allen, shows how Bart came to the present.

Characters: Bart Allen, Barry Allen, Iris West, Max Mercury, Jesse Chambers, Wally West, Linda Park.

Cast: Who would play who?

Interesting. But who would be the villains? would it be Central City? What would the problem be that the Flash needs to fix?

To many characters! It's a good cast but way to many characters! Keep it simple, Barry pl0x. Or Wally, whatever floats your boat. One or the other though, not both.

I suggest that in the forth movie we get to see the Wally twins!!

As for villains, Rogues in the first, Grodd and then ZOOM!!
