Maybe in the future he gets a promotion; from captain to commander.

As much as I loved this issue, I have to admit "Commander Cold" is a horrible name for a villain.

@iloverobots: He told him he was under arrest so he's actually some kind of law enforcement agent. So it isn't really a horrible name for a villain it's just a horrible name altogether lol.
