Can Wally Run on air and or fly Since he can move 500x faster then the speedlight

500x faster than the speed of light? I don't believe he can do that.

He can make whirlwinds with his hands which mostly protect him if he falls out of a plane or something.  He can also run up walls and jump higher and farther than a normal person.

But flight?  No.  Only on Superfriends.

He tried that once, and it didn't work very well. And as one who loves science, I'm struggling enough with the faster-than-light bit, don't make it 500x or I'll have to rain doom on you.
