The explosive second issue is here! Who is the father of Sara's kid? Last issue Jackie said it was his. How could that be possible? If you want action, there's no shortage here.

    Overview

First Born goes into overdrive as the delicate truce between the forces of Dark and Light breaks down and Sara Pezzini and Patrick Gleason are caught in the middle! The Darkness and the Angelus throw down in the ultimate melee and the true nature of Sara's pregnancy is revealed. Writer Ron Marz (Ion, Samurai: Heaven & Earth) and digital painter Stjepan Sejic (The Darkness: Level 1, Witchblade) deliver the second arc of Top Cow's epic three issue series that sets the stage for the next incredible year!

    Continues in Witchblade #111.

From front cover, to the last page, it is completely immersive. From the artwork, to the ongoing catalysts of the Angleus hunting down Sara (and her newborn) into this world. Honestly, this mini-series is alot more bolder than other comics I've read in a long while. Step aside with the X-men "messiah complex", the Witchblade is bringing forth a new human life, and that's news more than anything. The father? that question is strong, and it could very well be the Darkness wielder (or so he says). ...

    Another solid amazing issue! 0

Once again I was pleased with this comic. We do find out the "truth" about Sara's kid. The question is, can we really believe it? Hmmm...This is how crossover's need to be handled. Characters from different series are being drawn together but it makes sense. There's no senseless, shameless appearances just for the sake of throwing them in. Cyberforce's appearance in issue 1 was borderline with that but what made that okay was it showed or reminded us that they do share the same "universe."...
