    Beatriz da Costa was bequeathed her green flame powers by Brazilian mysticism. She started her super-hero career in the Global Guardians. She has been a long time member of the Justice League in various incarnations, and is best known for her friendships/partnerships with fellow league members Tora (Ice) and Sigrid (Ice Maiden).

    I've only read 2 issues of Justice League International and I'm loving it. It has a humor tone that I miss in JLA sometimes.

    Anyway, I like Fire very much so I was wondering if she was gonna get involved with someone during any story arc. At first I was hoping that it was with Booster Gold, but it seems he's about to have sth with Lady Godiva. Though he also seems to care a lot about Beatriz. Personally, I think both couples would be nice.

    Nhaa, I don't know. Does anyone have any (better) thoughts?
