    Seven Soldiers was the actual Death of the New Gods.Countdown,DOTNG,Salvation run and all the other crap tie inns were a waste of time,money,paper and continuity.They just ruined Final Crisis.
    I personally don't even bother considering them a part of FC.

    @entropy_aegis: I do know that several parts of Countdown were retconned. I didn't really like them.
