    FF #13 - The Bridge by magicfan on December 28, 2011

    This is the best issue of FF since issue 5. Issue 12 was bad and Fantastic Four 601 was OK but this. This was AMAZING.The GoodWe see Celestials actually fight. (I'm looking at you Uncanny X-men 3)The Council of the Reeds thing is more or less resolved. This is something I LOVE about Hickman's writing. I thought from the beginning this arc would lead to the War of the Four Cities, but the Reeds were just a medium for something much worse...Doctor Doom seems to actually be trying to be a good guy....

    While I'm not keen on Bobillo's art, I do really like that he makes Valeria and the other kids actually look their age. The story is going at a very slow pace and I'm very anxious to see just how Hickman ties the the events of FF and Fantastic Four together. It started off as a story about the Reeds back in Fantastic Four then it added in the Universal Inhumans and the Kree. Now those stories appear to have split off, but they're still somewhat related. I'd like to see just how it all fits toget...

    Zing hey! Zing hey! Just look at this Nazi cover of little Richards and his beloved Uncle Dr. Doom. This book is hog wash!!!! All throughout this issue were just building some super world threatening all reality and it's led by a few kids and there grandpa and mentally unstable Dr. Doom plus a alternate reality Dr. Doom. This arc is convoluted, not a necessity to have this title. Very poor art work. Sorry to say but this is even worse than the last issue. I do see this book bringing down the fla...

    Highly Recommended!I will start with the art - I am not a fan, but I agree with djotaku, the children actually do like children. In previous issues, I have always felt they looked like awkward miniature teens. I do still like that the android is not wearing glasses... and while he does look more like a dragon, it isn't the look I would have picked out for him.As everyone is stating, the story does indeed move on with this issue. There is a lot of action and a lot of character development. It is ...
