Before Felicia was born, her mother, Abilena made a deal with her godfather, James Book to give her a child before she kills him due to his troubled life as a new vampire. Felicia is first seen with her mother after Will Bunting's reediting of the book Bad Blood. She later is partnered with fellow member of the Morning Star Jack Straw when doing an investigation in Las Vegas with police chief, Cashel McCogan.
