Shalla, having gained the last of the vials of super-charged water, prepares to meet with this buyers in the Japanese government, with a swim in his spring-fed pool. Cannon is still Struggling with Taras over control of his mind and body, making a bit of a scene at a restaurant. Akiko finally gets Cannon to open up a little with her about what he's struggling with. Akiko also informs cannon of what she's discovered about Shalla's business dealings. Cannon tracks Shalla down as he's leaving port on a boat. he tries to catch up to him ,but loses him while fighting off some of his henchmen. Shala delivers the vials of super-charged water to the Japanese Government, who hope to use them to provide energy for the country. Biranha and the rest of Killian's Dissidents arrive in Japan to continue Killian's quest.
