Invisible Woman blocking the Void
I became a big fan back when John Byrne first started drawing them (I believe it was #212). My favorite is the 3 part story when Galactus created Nova.

I cant wait for fantastic Four 558 and Ultimate fantastic four 56, both showing my fav people... Doom in 558 and my Fish like friend in 56 with a can of major whoop-ass for hurtung susan storm ;)

Fantastic Four really came into its own between issues #40 and #60 in the original SA run. There was so much going on in those issues - they introduced Galactus, Silver Surfer, Black Panther and the Inhumans as well as featuring countless inventions by Reed and a whole array of villains. Catch them in reprint form if you can't find or afford the originals and even though the stories are now around 40 years old, you will get a flavour of what made the FF the "World's Greatest Comic Magazine."
