Where the heck has this suit been? Why even Clone Thor during the Civil War when Reed could have just bust out with the Anti-Galactus Armor?

I have no clue. Fiction is like that. Someone has a ultimate weapon all along and they never use it. Even when it would greatly benefit them.

Yeah, he invented the suit to take on Galactus, but ends up using to stop "Cap". "Cap" was a robot designed to take out all weapons and both teams of Avengers, X-Men, and F4 couldn't stop it, so Reed was forced to turn to his Anti-Galactus Armor. He claims it cost a Billion Dollars a Second to use the suit or soemthing like that. But dang, Reed is offically the badest dude around now.
