Okay this was difficult. There are many qualities I love about the FF and I tried to recreate those with this team. I feel the only thing I missed out on was Reed's elasticity and Johnny's playboy behavior.

Replacement Fantastic Four

	1. Alyssa Moy Alyssa Moy ~ (Reed/Sue) I intentionally seeked out an genius leveled lady since the are basically non-existant in the MU (except androids and villains). She has a connection to Reed and the FF. Non-powered, unfortunately. I'd have her use a force field gadget to mimic Sue.
	2. Luke Cage Luke Cage ~ (Ben/Reed) Looking for Ben's replacement, I not only wanted muscle, but I wanted some charisma and gruffness. His "Christmas" isn't "Clobbering Time" but Luke is verbally more interesting than most other heroes.
	3. Jessica Jones Jessica Jones ~ (Johnny/Sue) Jessica could replace Johnny's airborne excitement, but more importantly she is a protective mother like Sue. Luke and Jessica's relationship could help reproduce the familial feel of the original FF.
	4. Dragon Man Dragon Man ~ (Ben/Johnny) This forth slot was the hardest to fill, but seriously who else is more FF than the original FF. I wanted the change up the visual dynamic of the group. Ben and Johnny bring so much to the original FF visually. Dragon Man's visage and his ability to breath fire is what won me over. One could argue that Dragon Man's intellect could reflect Reed, and his protectiveness over the children of the FF could mirror Sue.

Madrox - The Leader, Unique Power and intersting character

Layla Miller - She knows stuff, and she has a thing with Madrox oh and brings back the dead

M - Flier, Super Strong, a little telepathic. She can pretty much replace Human torch and Thing lol (also had a thing with madrox)

Siryn - Flies, Sonic Scream may of slept with madrox as well <.< so yea there you go one big happy family

My Fantastic Four is the actual FF. I would keep the original Fantastic Four and make some tweaks to their powers:

Reed: Add more offensive technology and use his polymorphing capabilities more. Remember his electro-brass knuckles? Reed should have all kinds of tech, including updated unstable molecules suits that have armor and nano-tech healing technology. Hell yes. Update their gear.

Ben: Restore to full strength, Hulk-class. Do something interesting with his inter-locking dermal armor. He should be pretty damn hard to take down, even by the Hulk. Hulk's hands should hurt badly before he even thinks about going down. No more jobbing. He should be in the top 10 of strongest characters.

Johnny: His powers need to evolve to include complete control of heat. He should be able to absorb heat and make things cold, or expend heat in different ways. This isn't hard. It just requires a little creativity. No more fire hydrants giving him a dirt nap.

Sue: Leave as is. She is measured and very powerful. Some say she should be de-powered, and that she is essentially a see-through Green Lantern. Perhaps less emphasis on complex constructs and more on shielding would be a good thing. But I would be fine leaving her as is. She uses her powers carefully.

I would let Franklin mature and become part of the team rather than always be underfoot. Same goes for Valeria. They are a family. The family has grown. No more of that "Unca Ben!" CRAP!

Franklin becomes a Scarlet Witch-type character (self imposing limits on his powers) and Valeria becomes a detective/techno warrior.

Other than that I agree with your post except for Sue getting nerfed. The FF fight cosmic beings often, she and the others should be very powerful otherwise every story has to rely on one of Reed's Macguffins and that gets boring fast. Frank and Val should always call him Unca Ben even when they're 40.
