    Besides the obvious cast differences, what separates these teams and stories? Are they in different universes? I'm in the middle of FF now and plan on picking up the Fantastic Four omnibus.

    After the Human Torch died, the Fantastic Four became the Future Foundation and FF became the main title for 12 issues. Then Fantastic Four came back with #600 and both titles ran simultaneously for a bit. They both follow the same story.
