With AVX coming soon, and the size of the both teams now consisting with a much larger team size then their first battles, where is the FF in this? You would think that Reed Richards, being the Tony Stark Kiss ass would team up with him. Sure the Thing is an Avenger so why wouldn't call his pals? Plus Spider-Man being a FF member also. Anyone else wonder this? With how Marvel likes to sell comics think about all the FF fans that would have picked this up too.
Fantastic Four
Team » Fantastic Four appears in 5741 issues.
An intrepid group of astronauts: Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm originally received their powers after being exposed to an immense amount of cosmic radiation during a trip into space. Mutated and given strange powers by this exposure, they became the Fantastic Four and dedicated their abilities to the good of humanity.
AVX - where's the FF in this
Thats really interesting. I never considered how the FF (both Fantastic Four and Future Foundation) being apart or affected by the AvX war. The thing and Spiderman both fighting on the side of the Avengers would possibly influence the rest of the crew to take part in this but then again if the FF has no quarrel with the X-men, or even the Avengers, then I would see why they're sitting this one out. I personally think it's silly that all the different Avengers teams are combining into one. There's a reason there are different Avengers teams but the X-men have always been one massive group with different divisions (before schism).
Franklin Richards is the biggest threat to the Marvel Universe. Think how M-day ended times a bajillion :) It's just a matter of time before he goes nutter.

Franklin Richards is as big a threat as Hope, they just don't know it yet.

Yeah, they absolutely know it. Through major crossovers like the Onslaught event to alt-earth events like Earth X he's consistently a force to be reckoned with. Except for that Fantastic Force thing (think I have the issue 1 for that actually). Didn't really care much for that, but as a I remember it was only a possible/alternate future version of him.
Well I think Storm joined the Fantastic Four is a good friends with Sue. She also worked well with Johnny for a couple of books now. Seeing how the ff have good friends on both sides. It may be best for them to be the mediator. Although I could see Reed joining the Avengers. You are very right about him always kissing up to Tony Stark. Plus the Thing is with the Avengers, and Namor is with the X-men. So the Plot thickens.

The FF only get involved in events that actually matter...
Like Civil War and Dark Reign?......
