Fantastic Four: The Animated Series #213

Doctor Doom makes a massive return in this episode. While Silver Surfer was wondering the Earth, Doctor Doom and his colleague, with his Doombots trapped him and once again stole the Power Cosmic. Now Doctor Doom has enough power to rule the Earth, but instead of using his power now, he waits for the United Nations to surrender their countries to him, or he'll destroy them. Without any other options left, the United Nations call upon the Fantastic Four to stop Doctor Doom before he finally conquers Earth! But with nearly every superhero in the United States of America entirely pinned down, can the team stop him?

Note 1: This episode is a direct adaptation and combination of Fantastic Four Issues #57 until #60.

Note 2: This episode marks the series's cancellation.

Note 3: Several character in this episode, mainly the Avengers (Iron Man, Vision, She-Hulk, Hercules and Captain America), the New Warriors (Speedball, Darkhawk and Justice), the Marvel Bullpen (identities unspecified), Galactus, Frankie Raye, Namorita and Sabra made only physical cameos as either the heroes battling Doctor Doom or the people the Silver Surfer passed by while he wandered around the world.

Note 4: Although this episode is an adaptation and combination of issues from the Fantastic Four books, it is plainly "The Silver Surfer and the Return of Galactus" all over again, though there were slight plot twists.

Note 5: Like the said episode above, it has a vague similarity with Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer's plot too.
