Infantile and Terrible 0

This issue was kind of like a do-over of the Impossible Man story (Fantastic Four #11), except more juvenile. It's about an infant space alien with pretty much limitless powers. It's like a story out of Journey Into Mystery stretched out to a whole issue and starring the FF. Worse yet, Stan Lee doesn't really write the alien as if it's an alien - it seems to want everything a human child would want - toys, ice cream, etc. Sci-fi stories and Giant Monsters is the Fantastic Four's strength, but so...

Oh dear. Remember when I expressed concerns over where the attention was being given back at the Marvel house of ideas? Well it's quite obvious now thatThe Fantastic Four were being put on the back-burner at this point seemingly because they had already made the company a lot of money and attention, and so, naturally they wanted to try make something similar out of their other stars.
