Bigby Wolf takes center stage in what might be the most action-packed FABLES story to date. Bigby embarks on a quest through the American Heartland to find a new location for Fabletown. In his wanderings, Bigby stumbles across a small town named Story City, that, amazingly enough, seems to be populated by werewolves. Who are they and where did they come from? They aren't Fables, but they sure aren't normal mundys. They seem to already know and revere Bigby, but at the same time they've captured and caged him - but why? Unravelling the many mysteries of Story City may cost Bigby more than his life.

More Fables, Less Werewolves 0

I was kinda disappointed with this one. It had it's ups and downs. Didn't really feel like a Fables comic at times, but more of just a book about werewolves. For a stand alone comic though featuring Bigby Wolf this was okay. Just wish it had a little more Fables to it, but as I finished it I realized he was giving more of a nod to the characters we don't really get to know in the comic...the non-Fables. I would say only read this if you are a diehard Fables fan like me or if you're into werewolv...

The God of Wolves 0

I've been a big fan of "Fables" for quite some time now and despite some bumps in the road lately, Bill Willingham has been delivering an amazing continuity of this universe. This HC is another good example and installment of how Fables can be explored, still not offering nothing remarkable, just an average comic book.
