I think a lot of us miss Excalibur. The original was good and even New Excalibur had some good stuff. I dont even recognize the Xavier/Magneto rebuilding Genosha thing. (On a side note i wonder if we dropped the "E" and its was just X-calibur would it sell better. )

With the success in the movie world and even in novels of all the dystopian or alternate reality futuristic societies as well as the constant love for mysticism and magic, it just feels like the time is right to bring Excalibur back as a series.

If I could create a new Excalibur team I think it's focus would be: To protect the multiverse while also being dedicated to protecting the United Kingdom from supernatural threats. Deal with all cross-dimensional and magical threats to the multiverse as well as deal with Otherworld. Travel to different realities to deal with potential impactful issues to the current 616 universe. (sort of like the Exiles)

The members of the team: Pete Wisdom (strategic not always in the field) , Captain Britain, Meggan, Kylun, Tangerine, Micromax, Cerise, Daytripper, Nocturne, and either Chamber or Legion.

Wow. That's is.... pretty convoluted. Yothout alot work into it though. I wish the actual writers cared like you seem to. It just not my thing really. The whole mystical magical stuff is just not my thing
