Its Halloween and Ernie is back on earth and stands in the senate while everyone tries to escape. Rick Young charges up to Ernie who hits him with a fist that rips right through his body. Liking Rick's jacket Ernie takes it and and finds Smiley Button laying in a pool of Rick's blood.
Ernie catches Price and throws him through a window to kill him as Mary and Judy pick up dead security guards weapons and fire on him. The shots take him down but he leaps right back up and turns guns on the remaining people in the room, then raising them as his new wave of dead ones orders them to attack the Young family. Lady Death rises from Rick's corpse angered that Ernie once again is following his own vendetta and not megadeath as he is supposed to.
Ernie marches outside and starts his new wave of destruction and finding himself in Washington decides now is a good time to take down president Donald Duke (who he refers to as president Duck).
Inside the court Rick regains consciousness as Mary tries to tend to him and he begs her not to let him turn as he surely will when he dies. Military police drag her away and Rick dies and returns as one of Ernie's dead-onez and starts to kill and turns his attentions to his former family.
Elsewhere Lady Death rises and asks Ernie what his new plan is. He tells her and she approves. His first stop is a near by Military base where he kills the guards and quickly brings the base under his control. He then takes his new army and heads for the whitehouse
