Ernie battles the mental demons in his head that Autopsy has projected there. Ernie wakes to find himself on Autopsy's operating table as he is questioned about how he controls the dead by the curious doctor.
Janelle teleports the imprisoned Ramsey out of the base into the Arizona Desert to give him a chance of escape.
Price saws off his own gangrenous arm in the church.
Chastity is searching for Ernie and manages to sense their location. She storms in fatally injuring Fakir who was carrying a chainsaw as she bursts in. She tears off Autopsy's mask and finds his face eaten away and rotting. Earnie bursts out of his restrains and cuts the doctor in two with the chainsaw.
Mary and Billy get closer to Judy and eventually catch up with her for a big reunion. Which is short lived as Ernie and Chastity drive out of the hospital and right into their path.
