    Europa included two strips originally commissioned for Marvel UK. However, after Marvel's bankruptcy saw Marvel UK stop publishing original material, Marvel Italia stepped in, and published the series instead. Firmly set in the Marvel universe, it featured the adventures of two European teams, Gemini (written by Italians Francesco Meo and Giorgio Lavagna, and drawn by Fabrizio Ugolini and Giampaolo Frizzi) and Euroforce (by Xavier Marturet and Paco Diaz)
