Estrada Media Publishing was first formed by Jake Estrada. The first book to have been published by this imprint was Bocas. Bocas original run had 6 issues.
Bocas was a very violent no hold barred series that didn't pull it's punches. The series was originally printed in Black and White.
Many people either loved the series or were appalled by its violence. The Publisher had appeared in the paper a few times due to its graphic nature. Yet it touched about the urban landscape and was hugely entrenched in Puerto Rican politics.
Following Bocas there was the Prez Hates Zombies, Estrada Media Serials. Tainos. You cannot silence me, and many other titles.
During the 2007-2008 period Estrada Media Publishing dabbled in printing and they helped print several comics for many people throughout the Indie scene. They helped cultivate the next generation of creators during this very short period before ceasing this at the end of 2008.
Afterwards they resumed printing only their books, and they had a company rebranding as Bridgeton Nights, which was a very graphic shift for a period before that ended.
Afterwards the imprint moved under the Broken Infinite print for a while before merging with Space Coast Comixx in mid 2014. This merger taking all company owned characters with them.
