Any word on the Enchantress appearing in the Thor movie?

I've been seeing some positive things about the upcoming movie, but nothing definite about Amora making an appearance. Have there been any recent updates?

A few months ago i saw her name On a list of characters on moviefone, but they took her name of.

there is no official word so it's most likely a no but they will prob introuduce her if they make a thor 2 or possibly even in the avengrers

It's too bad. She's a really good villainess and getting the kind of exposure a movie would give her would be great for the fans, the movie studio and Marvel.

Everbody would win.

It's almost like a game to her though. I think even if Thor decided he loved her too, she'd still try and kill him from time to time.

She does not appear in the movie.

Enchantress is an Asgardian goddess who is extremely experienced in the use of magic and is also skilled at seduction through supernatural means. She has been both an ally and an enemy to Thor, although she often chooses the latter.
