Emma Frost is a fictional character originating from Marvel Comics. Originally starting off as a super villain and enemy of the X-Men, during which she was the White Queen of the Hellfire Club, Emma Frost is a powerful mutant telepath who can transform herself into organic diamond. She has become a prominent member of the X-Men. A gifted teacher, Emma is renowned for her beauty, wit, and sense of fashion.
She looks like she's been coated in cut diamonds, rather than just being a crystal woman. I guess they didn't think the average moviegoer would be able to figure out she was made of diamond unless she was sparkly.
As a fan of Emma Frost's im glad she is being represented in the movieverse however, im not to sure if they picked the right movie to do this in unless they keep her apperance to a minimum preping the audience for her introduction into the x-men movies later
Yea. I think that it just looks really sparkly because it's just a screenshot. I agree, that I would've liked to see her in an x-men movie rather than in the wolverine movie. And is anyone else thinking that wolverine is getting annoying? I mean it's all wolverine this and wolverine that quite frankly I would've rather seen an emma frost movie. I liked the mini series
i was thinking (hoping)that sicne emma seems to only be ing her early twenties that she'll show up older (and better looking) in a present day x-men film or emma frost spin off
yeah that is the woman playing emma frost even though she is never called it in the film :P and i think they are setting her up for a first class film fom what ive been told about the end of the film, and she is only in it for like 5-10 mins anyway
It was a pretty bad idea to put Emma Frost in the Wolverine movie But I'm just glad she's finally getting her film debut!
As for the casting, I love it I'm a big fan of Tahyna Tozzi anyway, so I was thrilled when I got the news.
I know everyones like ... "I wanna see the real, big breasted, manipulative Emma" But since it's set in the past, a teenager Emma is great =] and Emma didn't even get a boob job till later years so meh! I heard she only has like, 2 lines ¬_¬ but atleast she has some =) I just hope that she'll be in the X-Men: First Class thingy movie.

well than it is nothing more than a rumor. As much as I love Emma I do not think she should get a movie appearance. Unless we are revitalizing the X-men franchise
really? probably why i labeled it as such. but seeing as how she is seemingly oddly placed in this one, i can't help but to think that we'll be seeing more of her later.
