    I think that if they want to only armor one part of their body it takes a certain level of concentration..Like how when Sentry doesn't fully concentrate he doesn't have all his powers.

    so maybe she can do it, but it seems like if Colossus had the ability to partially-armor himself, he would have been seen doing it at least once by now, he's been around so long.
