No, not until they make a plot point of it like for Cyclops.

This is comics, not real life. Besides, a woman has several hundred thousand eggs of various types, losing only a 1000 (not that the comic ever said how many that was taken or what medical procedure that was used) should not be a big deal. Certainly not in a place like the MU where human cloning is a common place technology.
