Marjane Satrapi, her mother, her grandma, and a group of friends are gathered in a family reunion and discuss not only the difficult issue of the limitations and possibilities of female sexuality, in a Muslim country like Iran and confronted to the Western culture, but also the limitations of the patriarchy. As it is usual in Satrapi's narrative, the subject is treated not only in a critical way, but adding humor to express her points of view.

This is my 37. CV-review. You don`t even care, do you?What I like.This is a black and white-book with clear art.It`s by Marjane Satrapi!It`s a relatively quick read. It may take an hour or a half of it read it. Or maybe 45 minutes. Or 55. Or 23. Even if it`s over 12 pages long. Or something like that.
