There's already a story where a Kryptonian was discovered by the Waynes instead of the Kents and becomes Batman when they're killed. They called it Superman: Speeding Bullets. No offense, but your idea is really redundant.
Also there is a story about baby Clark Kent ending on Krypton and raised by Jor-El (Superman: Last Son of Earth). When he is back on Earth, he finds himself superstrong thanks to Jor-El's genetic therapy.
