Elixir was one of the students at Xavier Institute and is known for his ability of biological manipulation which allows him to both restore life or take it on a whim, and is capable of incredible feats being one of the few active and confirmed Omega-level mutants.

Now that the big Avengers vs X-Men event is close at hand, I’ve

been wondering if it is time for Elixirs return. He is the one who knows what Hope is and has

been out of the action for years. He may

be an unknown C-list character, but I’m thinking he might get his chance to

take center stage at some point during the event. And him being there who certainly help the

X-Men.

I've been hoping Marvel would do something about the Hope/Elixir thing. I doubt they will now. It's been over three years since that revelation and over two since we last saw Josh.

He knows "what she is". Whatever that was meant to mean. That plot point's over three years old now and happened in a pretty non-consequential cross-over between two secondary X-titles, I doubt it'll be touched upon again.

Well we're 1/3 of the way through the event and there seems to be no sign of him. But as stated about maybe it is for the best, I've not seen much from this story that interests me. Sad day.
