Elektra and Catwoman

Has anyone noticed this? They are rather alike. They have kinda the same fighting style, have an affinity for sharp objects, are probably among the most sexy beings ever created, etc. Seriously though, they are rather alike. To the point that I think they could be friends. (I just found my fave Marvel character) But, do you guys agree?

Yes, they're so much alike Marvel and DC combined them during their "Amalgam" event, thus creating Catsai.

i think marvel and dc have lots of alike characters for example batman and iron man the are both rich and playboys

I think it's a case of similar roots.

Catwoman was originally in a detective comic about a detective in a funny suit.

Elektra was in a book leaning towards film noir (film noir has to do with detectives)

Nah Elektra's more of a cold blooded killer ninja samurai Cat Woman's just a burglar although they do have a similarity of they both love someone who they wanna kill. lol.

I think that what they have in common is that they are both good characters that got stuck with bad movies, LOL.

Yea Agreed Elektra is an Assassin/Ninja and Catwoman's a thief.... No comparison here

Obviously, the point was that they're alike in the fact that they're generally the foil for their primary love interest. Elektra with Daredevil and Catwoman with Batman. Other than that, Elektra has more in common with Talia than she does Catwoman.
