Frightful Four

While working on a broken power line, Maxwell was struck by lightening. This resulted in a mutagenic change in his nervous system, which basically transformed him in to a walking, breathing electrical capacitor. Using the name of Electro, Max turned to a life of crime. Member of the Frightful Four The Frightful Four was introduced as the nemesis to the Fantastic Four, the rotation has constantly changed.
