Eddy Gordo is a fictional character first introduced in the popular fighting video game franchise Tekken.
Eddy Gordo first appears in the third installment of the popular fighting game franchise released in 1997. The fighter was created after the producers of Tekken 3 wished to have a Capoeira based fighter, and Eddy was the eventual product of that idea. Initially the character was intended to be female, but development and design problems meant the gender was changed to that of a male. Later on Tekken introduced a female character Christie Monteiro based on these early development designs and ideas. Eddy Gordo is a Namco Bandai
