Echo is one of the very few deaf and native American superheroes. She is the one-time lover of Daredevil and the first person to take the guise of Ronin. She has served as an avenger and a one time killer for the Kingpin.

Aarkus was once the Golden Age villain-turned-hero called The Vision, whose people came to our reality to serve as midwives to beings born from Cosmic Cubes. Aarkus ended up corrupted by the Cube he was assigned to protect and was transformed into the demonic being called D'Spayre.
Chemistro

Calvin Carr is the third and most well known man to use the Chemistro identity. Currently, Chemistro is dead following the failed assassination of Tony Stark where he was killed by Iron Man 2.0. The second Chemistro was named Arch Morton

Echo assists Moon Knight in his war against Count Nefaria and his criminal empire in Los Angeles.
D'Spayre

When a Cosmic Cube corrupted by Humanity's Fear and Despair began adversely affecting The Golden Age Hero known as Aarkus, he transformed into a demonic being called D'Spayre who believed himself to be a 20,000 year old creation of the Fear Lord called Dweller in Darkness. Since then he has tortured Humanity, instilling fear and despair wherever he goes, recently however the Cube corrupting Aarkus was purified by Doctor Strange who used it to erase D'Spayre from existence and return Aarkus back to his true
Needle

Needle is an older tailor who was mugged and lost one of his eyes. But he also gained a power to paralyze people with his gaze of his good eye.
Siri

Siri is the Skrull that impersonated Elektra prior to the "Secret Invasion." She was killed by Echo. It's unclear when she replaced Elektra.
The Collective

The Collective mutant power of every mutant depowered after M-Day.
Tick Tock

Tick Tock can see up to one full minute into the future and uses his abilities in the villainous group called the Night Shift.
