Costumed as a bat to prey on the fears of criminals, and utilizing a high-tech arsenal, he became the legendary Batman.

A character from the Golden-Age of Comics. Founding member of the Justice Society of America and a bright detective. Using a gas mask and a pistol with sleeping gas, Wesley Dodds become the Sandman, a vigilante who makes the criminals fall asleep.
The Golden Age Atom, he was the first hero to use that name. He was also a founding member of both the JSA and the All-Star Squadron.
Solomon Grundy is a reanimated corpse stemming from a cursed place near Gotham City called Slaughter Swamp. He has had many appearances in which he had different levels of strength and intelligence, once surpassing even Superman in power level.

Born on Thanagar, she gained the rank of lieutenant in her world and was subsequently sent to Earth on a mission, but during her stay, she grew to love Earth and care for its inhabitants, eventually becoming known to the people as the superheroine Hawkgirl.

The Amazon princess, blessed with god-like super abilities, Wonder Woman is one of Earth's most powerful defenders of peace, justice, and equality and a member of the Justice League. She is considered an archetype for many heroines outside of comic book. Her initial origin depicted her as a clay baby brought to life by patron goddess Aphrodite, but in recent years she has been depicted as the daughter of Zeus and Amazon queen Hippolyta.
Wing was the golden-age Chinese sidekick and valet to the original Crimson Avenger, Lee Travis.
Sent to Earth as an infant from the dying planet Krypton, Kal-El was adopted by the loving Kent family and raised in America's heartland as Clark Kent. Using his immense solar-fueled powers, he became Superman to defend mankind against all manner of threats while championing truth, justice, and the American way!
