    Earth 2 0

As we push through the stagnant 0 month, we get an issue that makes the idea worth it.

    THE GOOD

Its always good to explore the past and mythos of a new universe with very little lore already done, such as Earth 2, and the 0 issue seeks to reap the benefits of the unexplored. Introducing more about the world surrounding the trinity as they fight their otherworldly invaders, we learn that it wasn't just the Holy Trinity, but in fact, we learn of more characters that supported them on their crusade.

The story starts and ends on a very high note, despite the ample use of exposition. While it would have been nice to learn more about our Mr. 8, he seemed interesting enough to carry the narrative, and seemed to set up a future arc within the DCnU. Along with the mysterious other member, Earth 2 seems to have a lot in store for them.

And as expected, the art is excellent and helps the story keep its sense of action and flow.

    THE BAD

The exposition, while a little wordy, didn't actually say a whole lot. Perhaps this was saved for World's Finest 0 issue, but I wish we could have learned more about the differences between the universes, especially with the Catwoman name drop for Helena's mother. Also, I would think Terry would present his genocidal plan to Batman before hand or something.

Also, as an aside, while Batman has Helena and Selina, and Clark has Supergirl, why does Wonder Woman have no tied in allies? I was hoping that the mysterious member be a Roman hero or someone from the roman version of Themyscira, lol.

    THE VERDICT

While the current series's flow crashes to a halt with the 0 issue, Earth 2 takes advantage of it by showing us a little more about what's to come ahead. And best hop on the train now while the going is good, lol. Seems like big things are going to be happening to

THE GOOD: Tomas Giorello provides the art for this issue and why I haven't heard of him before this is beyond me. He is amazing and adds so much details into his art work that you just stare at the pages for a while. They story is interesting to see the world a little bit before everyone died. James Robinson introduces a new character that I think is going to be really cool to see in the future. This issue really focuses on the new character but it does it in a way to introduce him as a hero eve...

      The 8th Wonder 0

The Good: James robinson uses issue 0 to tell prequel story , which blow me away, also Toma's Giorello hit this issue out the park for fill in issue. I really enjoyed his mature like drawing style, it is different from the norm but its good see a aged batman, superman and wonder woman. We get to learn a lot more about Terry Solon and how he shakes up Earth -2. The dialogue was very strong in this issue, James Robinson really shows Terry Solon's point view. We also get a preview of what terry has ...
