It's a day off and a night out on the town for the Deviants, who pay a visit to a local club that caters exclusively to I.O. personnel... which means that even the most underage of them are entitled to admission. As usually happens with teenagers who can't hold their liquor, tempers flare, accidents happen and embarrassing moments abound. And then something VERY strange happens to Sublime... something so strange that it will come to affect even the members of GEN13.
