DV8 settles down in New York City. The first mission is to bring back an alien from a C.I.A base.

General Notes

This issue featured eight different covers, the main cover being by the interior artists Ramos and Regla, and featuring the team. The other seven were by other artists of note and featured one of the members of DV8 depicting the Seven Deadly Sins. The seven covers are as follows:

DV8: Teen Titan Threats. 0

Truly a dark comic book introduction if I've ever read one. Warren Ellis takes the sugary past of prior teen hero books and throws it into the garbage with a darker, attention-shredding tone with 'DV8'. BETTER than the first Gen-13. Humberto Ramos' doe-eyed, bombshell artwork is nothing to scoff at either but contrary to most "villain" books that thrive on pride and failure- there's a cynical and desperate tone to the characters that make them near likable if not pitiful. Think Teen Titans meets...
