Rol Purtha is a second class precog from the planet of Naltor. He was chosen by the United Planets to join the Legion of Super-Heroes after Dream Girl passed away. Edit

Rol Purtha is a inhabitant of Naltor. Just like the inhabitants he have the ability to see the future. He is a second class precog. He is not as strong as Dream Girl but he gets the job done. He was visited by Dream Girl in one of his dreams. She told him about the Phantom Zone bomb Braniac was going to built, to stop the Dominators. The rest of the Legion dont like Dream Boy cause they didnt pick him to be on the team. That still doesnt stop him form doing what he has to. Being second class he sees things seconds befor they happen mostly but hours to. He has been said that he has practicing seeing visions on a certain thing. Such as when he said he had been predicting Brainiac's security codes. This gave him all of Brainiac's security codes for whatever he needed.
