Reiji and friends are off to a big city hosting a major tournament. Not long after they arrive they notice Chibi is missing. After hearing of a white dragon being spotted at the port, Reiji runs straight there, only to find Chibi being used as bait. He tries to save his dragon, but finds himself pitted against the heirs of the powerful house of Darius Alga Winright! Can Reiji free Chibi before a big sea dragon makes a meal out of him?
