The apprentice to Dr. Martin Sutter, the leader of the Facility.
His father was murdered by Wolverine and so he seeks revenge. He became the protégé of Dr. Martin Sutter, and thus a high ranking member of the Facility. When X-23 was finally born he took great pleasure in making her childhood a living hell, brutally torturing her. He then creates a trigger-scent, that forces her to go into a blind, murderous rage. He eventually used this to get her to kill both Dr. Sutter and Dr. Kinney but it was also used by Dr. Kinney to kill him. Thus all X-23's creators died by the weapons they gave her.
