Dr. Sivana

Thaddeus Sivana, Sr.  was one of the richest men in Fawcett City and his scientifc mind and business know-how made him comparable to Lex Luthor. Using weapons of his own creation, Sivana has tried many time's to defeat Captain Marvel, the defender of Fawcett City. Defeating Captain Marvel became his life's obsession. However, Captain Marvel destroyed Sivana's business empire and research facility rendering him resource-less and bitter.

Outsiders

Once the Captain Marvel Comic had finished Sivana was rarely seen until he apeared in the New Outsiders comics trying to help the Fearsome Five. The Fearsome Five consisted of five members; Gizmo, Jinx, Psimon, Mammoth and Shimmer. Shimmer was dead at the time and the team requested that Sivana bring her back to life. After a while, Shimmer's body slowly grew back from her corpse, bringing back the fifth member of the five; but the five did not remain a five for too long. After a small arguement between Sivana and the Fearsome Five, Gizmo was shot by Sivana (because his intelligence was a threat) intantly killing him. After that Sivana found a new lair to hold his operations at an island no one knows of.

Sivana has also found himself a new target - The Outsiders. Since the beginning of the new Outsiders, Sivana has been there putting together crimes for the Outsiders to take care of and paying off other villains such as the Joker,  Deathstroke,  Gorilla Grodd, Monsieur Mallah, and The Brain.

He's also dropped an amnesia bomb on Sydney causing them to forget everything except how to walk, talk and breathe thus bringing the Outsiders to his lair. Sivana told them his plans and the things he'd already done after poisoning Nightwing and Katana. Once he had told them he cured them both. Katana was not exactly thankful so she unleashed Sabbac from her sword and told him to destroy the hideout. He was saved from the flames of Sabbac and made off with his amnesia bomb.

Infinite Crisis and Beyond   

Dr. Sivana was one of the villains sent to planet Salvation. He played a key part in constructing the device to send all the villains home.  During the events of Final Crisis, Sivana was asked to join Libra's Secret Society. He later allied himself with Lex Luthor in attempting to overthrow Libra. He helped create a device to negate the Justifier s' helmets. Sivana is later seen as part as another Secret Society led by Cheetah and fought against Wonder Woman. He is also seen helping Satanna the Tiger Girl who paid him to help devise a way for her to fight Power Girl. He also allied with Mind Czar and took part in a mass jailbreak  and later led an attack on the arriving Justice Society of America members.

Other Info

Sivana married a beautiful woman and together they had four children; Beautia Sivana, Magnificus Sivana(who are the eldest and look more like their mother), Sivana Jr. and Georgia (who looks more like Sivana). He also had a little worm-like creature, Mr. Mind, whom he always kept with him but lost it when kidnapped by Intergang. Among other inventions, Sivana developed the "Unternet", an undetectable network system used by the criminal underworld, using technology based on the Rhodomagnetic Spectrum.
