Dr. Rasmus Palmroth is a professor at Columbia University that invites his old friend, Stephen Strange to his class to help identify several mystical artifacts brought in by his students. One item is a trivet that pulls Dr. Strange's disciple named Kyllian Kell into another dimension.

Doctor Rasmus Palmroth is a professor at Columbia University and supernatural explorer. Rasmus would invite his old friend, Stephen Strange to his class so he could identify and classify various mystical artifacts gathered by his students. Stephen Strange brings along his disciple, Kyllian Kell to the class and they come across a trivet brought in by Dr. Palmroth's assistant named Vicky Barnett. Stephen Strange realizes the trivet is active and asked Palmroth if he could take that item back to his home. Palmroth is delighted that the item may have true value and signs the releases right away. The trivet would become active in Strange's mansion and pull Kyllian into another dimension. 

Creation

Rasmus Palmroth is created by Geof Isherwood in 1993 and first appeared in Doctor Strange, Sorcerer Supreme # 57.
