Function
Dr. Octopus has control over these arms using a direct link from his brain and a computer built into the harness. This allows him to control the arms as if they were his own. The arms are very versatile and can do very fine detailed work, or fight with awesome strength. The arms also make Dr. Octopus able to travel at speeds up to 50 mph.
