The "green band" trailers are for all audiences (you know how the opening is green).  Red band trailers have more "adult" content, whether it's swearing, nudity or violence.  There has been several movies that have shown penis.  Anyone see "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" as a recent one.  It shouldn't be a big deal.  Just because it is in a movie would be a crazy reason not to see watch it.  But obviously the choice is yours.  I hope that when I do see this movie, if there is any penis shot, there won't be any immature giggling or comments.  It's not the center of the movie so who really cares whether it's there or not.  It was in the comic.  Reading it doesn't make you "gay."  Perhaps this kind of reasoning makes it good that it's rated R.  Bottom line, if you can't handle it, don't try seeing the movie."

There's nothing wrong with the human body.  It's a natural and beautiful thing.  I've never completely understood to why people view it as this perverse and disgusting thing that needs to be covered...
But then.. I'm an artist and have attended many life drawing sessions and have drawn many nudes.  I guess when you're an artist, the nudity alone loses any sexuality it might have had.

Maybe he closes his eyes when he showers?  I think more would be offended about the subject of rape in the movie over seeing a male body part.  To each their own, I suppose.

That's what I was trying to say.  It's not like his blue dingaling would be the star of the movie.  It won't get mentioned in the credits.  It didn't even get its own movie poster even though pretty much everyone else did.  Bottom line is it was in the comic.  It wasn't a big deal.  It wasn't there to be sensationalized.  It was just there as part of the 'realism.'  So if the movie is to be true to the comic, there should be a scene where he's walking around in the buff.  Doc Manhattan has no need for clothes.  If they show it, whatever.  Seeing it shouldn't make you question your...manhood.  This would be part of the reason it's rated R.  It's not just an age thing but also a maturity thing.

And again, I bring up "Forgetting Sarah Marshall."  Jason Segal did a bold thing.  I thought it was hilarious.  But it didn't make me question my personal beliefs.  We're in the freakin' 21st Century.  I like seeing the boobies in movies but it's fair to show the male parts as well.  "Tit-for-tat" or whatever.  And as long as their not trying to make it a selling point or a way to be radical, who really cares?

It's a matter of my lifestyle. So no matter how little nudity, or what gender, i won't support or watch it for that matter.

I for one wouldn't want to go and see a superhero movie and see a blue penis..but I am not at all offended by the male body.I'm going to go and see the movie because it's not like they are showcasing his nudity..that's just childish.As a person who has also taken life drawing I can honestly say I was on comfortable drawing male models.I don't want to ever see anyones johnson if I don't have to unless it's my own."
