Plot Summary

Overview
The sleepy little town of Moorehigh is about to wake up to its worst nightmare: Evan Rendell, aka Dr. Giggles, is coming home to settle some old scores. Adapted from writer/director Manny Coto's script by Steven Grant and artists Kent Burles and Alan J. Burrows. Covers by Doug Mahnke (The Mask).
