I think so. other then both of there first appeared in The New Mutants #98 wich is a clue for something. in Cable and deadpool 35 a Tv tell him his deepest thought said. "the only thing you had going for you was hooking up with cable." and in X-Force Deadpool maybe hitting on Domino

Domino didn't appear in New Mutants #98.  That was Copycat posing as Domino.

As for him cracking on to her in the future... he was the living dead.  Over a thousand years old, starved of human contact.  She was the first hot woman he's seen in over a millenia.  Of course he was going to make a pass at her.  He's still a man under all that decaying flesh.
