In one of Doctor Strange's comicbooks, it is stated that he and Baron Mordo are omniptent but Mordo isn't the case here, is Doctor Strange really omnipotent?

Maybe he was omnipotent just in that comic because of a special circumstance. Or maybe it was because he's able to perform spells that allow remote viewing.
