Ant-Man will be lame unless it's Hank Pym, in which case he should be Yellowjacket instead. Dr. Strange could definately work if it's dark and goes the demons and other realm monster route but I doubt that'll happen.

Ant-Man could be a surprisse hit imo with the Non Marvel fans if they do it justice with the S/Effects which they will imo.

Maybe they can market Ant-Man as the superhero "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids".

These movies will only make it if they have stellar actors playing them, but honestly they should have been in other movies. There is no way Ant-Man shouldnt have not been a Shield Scientist in Avengers

Edgar Wright was still at primary school when Marvel first signed him up to do this movie! Fortunately, Ant-Man is such a sh*t character that a director can pretty do whatever he wants with him. Much respect to Edgar Wright though. He is a proper creative talent (unlike Jar Jar Abrams!).

@k4tzm4n: Any reason Lang is pictured in the OP? I'd be disappointed if they made an Ant-Man movie not about Pym. Lang Particles just doesn't have the same ring to it.

There's no word yet on who will be Ant-Man.

This is great news but I'm still holding on to hope that they will return to Daredevil for a well done reboot. In my humble opinion it wasn't Affleck's fault it turned out the way it did, with a WAY better script and a different direction he would have been fine, there are probably better choices out there for ol' hornhead but whoever the hell plays him...hot damn a Daredevil film done right would be SO bad ass. Just think a Born Again movie could be the first Marvel film to get an Oscar.

Ant-Man has been confirmed for ages, and was even given an exact release date three months ago, so I'm not sure why we are pretending that that's news. I'm happy to see some Doc Strange news though. Between him and Guardians, Marvel Studios is really starting to reach for some diverse areas of Marvel lore.

Dr Strange and Ant-Man are two of my favs, I just hope they get the character of Hank Pym right.

@queenfrost_: they most likely wont do scarlet witch and quicksilver since the rights to the xmen and anything mutant are with Fox, yes, Marvel studios owns her as well because shes an avenger, but without some sort of agreement, they couldn't mention Magneto or much else of their background story. As for Ms. Marvel, im sure she's coming, if she is, I would want Ali Larter to play her, even though she seems like she should play Emma Frost in my opinion

The main thing I want from a Dr. Strange movie is a Dr. Strange series. Hell, bring back Strange Adventures, and run an Ant-Man strip, too. These characters are cornerstones of Marvel's Universe. It's criminal that they've been sidelined into supporting roles in overcrowded team books.

Definitely looking forward to Strange. Hopefully Ant-Man is done well and doesn't become a punchline, but that's just my opinion.

Super happy to hear this, we already knew Ant-Man was coming but Marvel taking a shot with Strange is another good step in seeing more diverse heroes in the movies.

Finally Dr. Strange movie. I been waiting my who life for this moment. He is the best. With movie technology now his movie will be epic, just don't put Johnny F***king Deep to play him he is to old and would want to much money. There goes the film budget. Give some new Actor a chance. They have to make sure they don't waste half the movie on origin story then it would suck. AND FOR ONCE IN THEIR DAMN LIVES, MAKE IT ABOUT THE MAGIC, ACTION, AND VILLAIN NOT A STUPID LOVE STORY. If people want to see a damn love story go rent the F***king Notebook or something. Nothing kills a movie more faster than 45 minutes of the character worrying about some ugly flat no curves having actress they plan on putting in the movie (cause she gave some one a bj). Just like that ugly Catwoman from Dark knight rises. YEAH I SAID IT!!!

Dr. Strange would be bad-ass in a solo movie. Ant-Man is cool too but I'm waiting for Ultron & Vision.

I personally feel Ant-Man would make a boring film. I could be wrong, just my thoughts.

I'm happy about Dr. Strange though. Now if we can get Black Panther and Luke Cage movies done right, I won't have a complaint with Marvel at all.

Dr. Strange is one of my favorite characters in the Marvel Universe, I absolutely cannot wait for his film.
