    Chapter Two

Dr. Strange, Wong and Night Nurse are off to find the missing elixir that is the cure to Wong's brain cancer.  It's been stolen by the thief Brigand and given to an unknown "shadowy figure".  We don't know yet who Brigand is working for.
This issues lets us know more about what happened when Brigand shot the good doctor.  The lead up to where issue one started.  It also gives us some more background into the life of Stephen Strange.  We find out that Dr. West saved his hands.  These are great looks into the past that do a couple of things... they not only help the reader who may not know a lot about Dr. Strange, but also set some of the groundwork for the current story line.  Dr. Hilt, his old partner, is brought into the mix.  Dr. Strange has him checking into the elixir and if it will cure Wong or not.  I hesitate to say more for fear of ruining the story.
Suffice it to say, that this story shows us more of a tangled web and has the trio searching for answers.
It's well written, with action tossed in here and there to keep the pace going.  The short history lessons are great and seem to add a lot to the story.
Issue two is not letting me down.  The story is picking up and moving along.  Now, where did I put issue three... gotta find out what happens next!
